Beau Dunfee

Born and raised in South Bend, Indiana, Beau Dunfee is the product of a true real estate family. On his father's side of the family, Beau is a fourth-generation Realtor and a third-generation Realtor on his mother's side. Beau graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington with a Bachelor's Degree and then graduated from Notre Dame Law School. He is a member of the Indiana Bar Association and licensed to practice law in Indiana. For over two years, Beau worked in the real estate industry as a Staff Attorney for a title insurance agency, focusing on underwriting and complex real estate transactions. Beau vigorously represents his clients as a real estate broker by maintaining a mastery of real estate contracts and negotiating the best deal for them. In his first year in real estate, Beau was awarded with the Rookie of the Year award for the entire Midwest Region. Since then he has won the Top Overall Sales Associate award for the Weichert Midwest Region. Beau is consistently in the top-third of local agent productivity.
